These terms apply when you use this website, www.snowball.productions, and our Snowball SEO client portal. The website and portal are run by Snowball Productions Pty Ltd (ABN 55 678 719 312) of Barangaroo, Sydney. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Using this website

The articles, guides and other content on this website give general information about search, content and digital marketing. They are not professional advice for your particular situation. For advice that suits your business, please talk to us.

We work to keep the content accurate and current, but search platforms change often, so some information may date.

Our content

The text, images, video, design and code on this website belong to Snowball Productions or the people who license them to us. You may view and share links to our pages. Please ask us before you copy, republish or reuse our content.

The Snowball SEO client portal

We provide the portal to our clients as part of the services set out in their agreement with us. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.

Accounts and access

• Only people a client authorises may use the portal for that client.
• Keep your sign-in secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend access to protect the portal, our clients or their data.

Connected accounts

Connections to services such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and YouTube are read only. A client can disconnect any of them in the portal at any time. How we handle connected data is set out in our privacy policy.

Estimates and forecasts

The portal shows measured results from connected accounts alongside estimates, forecasts and recommendations. Estimates and forecasts are our best judgement from the data available. They are not guarantees of rankings, traffic or revenue.

Acceptable use

Please do not use the website or portal to break the law, to try to access data or accounts you are not authorised to see, to disrupt or overload the service, or to copy or resell it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the portal, and our liability for services is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
